Parking at Spokane International Airport Terms & Conditions


1. Introduction
This document sets out the terms and conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) that apply to individuals using Spokane International Airport (“SIA”, “we”, “us”) parking facilities. When you park in one of the SIA owned and operated parking facilities, you are acknowledging and accepting these Terms & Conditions, and you accept that a contract is formed between SIA (as the owner and operator) and you on these Terms & Conditions. SIA reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. When Terms & Conditions are amended, they will be displayed on SIA’s website. Please ensure that you check the Terms & Conditions posted at spokaneairports.net at the time of parking and/or prior to entering SIA facilities.


2. Parking at SIA
SIA provides public parking at SIA. SIA does not guarantee that all parking products will always be available, nor does it guarantee a specific parking space.


3. Oversized Vehicles
SIA parking facilities utilize standard-sized parking spaces. Some parking options have varied vehicle clearance heights. Please confirm whether your vehicle will fit in each designated parking option by checking the “SIA Parking Height Restrictions” below. No refunds will be issued for vehicles that do not fit within the specified clearances.

4. Privacy
Personal Information Collected from Credit/Debit Card Transactions.
SIA uses a credit card processing company to process credit card payments. We do not retain, share, store or use personal information for any secondary purposes. SIA reserves the right to disclose your information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website; to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy, our Website Terms and Conditions, or other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our website, or others.
You should be aware that SIA is a public agency. This means that we are subject to the Public Records Act of the State of Washington (RCW Ch. 42.56). SIA may be required to disclose information that you provide us unless there is an exception in the Public Records Act (see RCW § 42.56.230) for a list of exceptions). We will exercise reasonable care to prevent disclosure or use of credit/debit card information, other than as permitted by the Credit Card Association Rules. We will retain or require this information to be retained for at least five (5) years in accordance with banking and accounting principles. While we may (if we choose) post such a request on our website, we do not promise to notify individuals. Personal Information Transmitted by user across Internet for Credit/Debit Card Transactions is made Secure.


We require the use of Transport Layer Security ("TLS") standard transmission encryption to protect transmission of users’ personal information submitted while making a payment using our site. Any credit card information is provided directly to our credit card transaction processor. We do not retain, share, store, or use personal information for any secondary purposes. Our processor is obligated to observe the payment card industry rules relating to encryption and protecting your data. We require that all such information you provide to us in this manner is stored securely subject to the Washington Public Records Act and other legal requirements. However, SIA makes no guarantee that the processor will do so.


5. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SIA and hold it harmless, from and against any and all claims, losses, cost, expenses, damages, or liability relating to, arising from, or as a result of your use of SIA parking, arising out of your negligence, intentional act or failure to act, or your breach of these Terms & Conditions. This indemnification includes any costs of defense, expenses, fees, penalties, and charges, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees.


6. Disclaimer of Liability for Loss/Damage
SIA grants a limited license to park with no bailment. As the holder of such limited license, you shall use the facility solely at your own risk. SIA assumes no liability for the risk of loss, including damage to, or theft of, your vehicle or property, or any special, indirect, or consequential loss, whether or not SIA could have foreseen such loss. Any vehicle parked longer than 60 days is subject to impound at the owner’s expense unless prior written authorization is given by the Spokane Airport Parking Department.


7. Safety & Security
You must:
• Comply with all laws and all other requirements relating to safety and security;
• Comply with all parking signs, no parking zones, and directions issued to you by SIA;
• Drive carefully and responsibly in SIA facilities;
• Not cause any obstructions, including parking across or occupying more than one parking space;
• Not park in a designated handicap parking space without displaying a current handicap license plate or permit;
• Obey all directional and safety signs; and
• Park only in designated public parking spaces and do not park in any area which is not designated as public parking
SIA may issue citations for violations of applicable laws, rules, or regulations for any parked vehicles within SIA facilities. SIA, our agents or representatives may enter, move or tow away your vehicle for operational, safety, or security reasons.
